  • Travelers must obtain all entry or transit visa requirements for Malaysia
  • Passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity after completing the journey across to Malaysia
  • For airport pick-up: full flight details and desired pick up time required. For flight arrival date must advice correctly i.e. if your flight departure from your country on 01 May but arrives at Kuala Lumpur Airport on 2 May, please select date service as 2 May. Maximum waiting hour for 1 hour and 15mins ONLY.
  • For hotel pick-up: full flight details and your preferred pick-up date and time should be at least 4 hours before flight departs due to traffic conditions. Maximum waiting hour for 15mins ONLY.

  • For pick up outside of Kl City Centre coverage area ,a surcharge is required (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash
